Today I want to talk about a new celebration space for civil ceremonies in Seville different, La Nao Victoria. It is a replica of the ship that made the first round-the-world trip and is docked in Seville indefinitely.
It is perfect if you want a really original and unique civil ceremony in Seville. Ideal for romantic couples in love with the sea, but who logistically prefer to get married in Seville. Why am I talking about it today?
Because a few days ago I joined, through Parejo Fotos, whose photos I took, the #SOSnoscasamos movement. A group of wedding industry professionals wanted many wedding companies to join together and thus perform and broadcast through Instagram weddings simultaneously.
When I joined, the working group to prepare this #SOSnoscasamos action was almost complete: the videographer Julio de los Ríos, Lucía Lu from Gones for the bride’s headdress and earrings, Jose from La Flor de la Pimienta for the bouquet and decoration of the civil ceremony, the Make Up & Hair thanks to Eugenio Lavado or the designer Rafa Díaz for the bride’s dress and Sastrería 7 for the groom’s suit.
My contribution was to propose a different and romantic civil ceremony to all that Seville has to offer, the Nao Victoria and its unique space. Special locations are my weakness.
And that’s why I also proposed that the couple get dressed up in Suites Murillo Plaza de Santa Cruz, an emblematic building in Seville with only 8 apartment suites in a unique enclave. And to move the bride and groom from the suites to the ceremony site we did it with the classic cars of Sevilla Clásicos.
Finally the live sound during the civil ceremony was provided by Nubia and the officiant of the ceremony was Patricia Diaz, who made a really romantic and emotional ceremony.
And of course a thousand thanks to Lucia and Tony for being the most wonderful couple in the world.
And that’s how this group of wedding professionals did a civil ceremony on a boat for the #SOSnoscasamos action.
